My Real Estate career started in 1993. Before my licensing in the industry I was a Flooring Contractor from 1979 until 1994. We built relationships based on services provided and customer service. I employed the same understanding and principals in my Real Estate career as I did as a contractor. Personally, I feel that 15 years experience with the public and  construction,  28 years in the Real Estate industry helps to separate myself from the rest of the crowd. Our industry continues to change as well as myself. Embracing technology and staying atop of all current changes is a full time job in itself. I continue to be educated as I move forward thru my Real Estate career with multiple classes, seminars and a continued effort for excellence.
