As a native and lifelong resident, Coy has a profound connection with the Charlottesville area.  While he briefly lived outside of the area while serving in the U.S. Navy and as a Department of Defense contractor, he has always considered this remarkable place home!

Coy earned his bachelor’s degree in management from James Madison University. He has experience in all phases of residential construction, livestock farming operations, and estate/farm management. Additionally, he is a Land Specialist and certified Deer Steward with the National Deer Association. This invaluable knowledge helps Coy maximize his clients' real estate investment!
